System Requirements

Desktop

Project Notes’ recommended system configuration includes:

• Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), macOS 13 (Ventura) or higher, or Linux (available as a Flatpak)
• 8 GB of RAM
• 80 MB of free disk space
• 1024x768 screen resolution or higher

Mobile

Project Notes Mobile is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or higher.

Cloud Sync

Cloud sync (backup and multi-device synchronization) requires a Project Notes Pro subscription. No additional server software is required.
